About the Press
My name is Geri, a true Baltimorean but a current DC-area resident. I love books, crafts (and making anything with my hands), cooking, biking, thunderstorms, and baseball (mainly, the Orioles).
I always prefer to do the dishes as I cook, and not after, because I love the reward of my meal. I also love wine and board games (together, preferably). Pub trivia is a favorite activity of mine, even if I usually come in last place.
I've been a vegetarian since I was 11 and became a fish-eater again in college. Now, I won't trade my sushi for anything.
I became gluten-free in July of 2011, after a semester of pastries in Copenhagen forced me to re-evaluate my stomach's abilities. Because I have an intolerance and not an allergy, I still drink beer without worry. I'm still working on finding a more interesting favorite besides Blue Moon, though.

Meet the Press
The Glutenberg Press wants happy tummies and even happier tastebuds. The Press is chock full of tasty gluten free, pescatarian, and (often) dairy-free delectables. While these dishes are catered toward those with dietary restrictions, everyone (including those white-flour-eaters) can enjoy them!
Geri is a gluten-free pescatarian who will never let her food restrictions limit her tastebuds' happiness. She spends her days with a tiny nonprofit and cooks to keep herself sane. She loves riding her bicycle and taking long walks on the trails near her house. She's also spicier than the Spice Girl of the same name.Search
